As usual service writer the best. Marquis listens to us and always explains everything clearly.

Rights: timely service; supports during service period; explaining the details. Needs improvement: nothing that I can think of.

Always professional, courteous, and helpful! I really value that they are honest and don’t try to talk you into things that are not really needed, they keep you up to date on your vehicle status and up coming things that might be needed in the future. I have dealt with other Volkswagen Dealerships that did operate in this fashion, which makes me feel confident in taking my car there in the future and recommending them to others for service and sales. Joe and everyone in the service department are awesome!

I chose this rating because I appreciated being treated as someone who was valued. I live in Tallahassee, over an hour away, with a VW dealership. I chose this dealer based on multiple disappointing service and sales visits in Tallahassee.

Bought a brand new 2022 Passat from O’Steen. It only has 17,000 miles. Took it in for an oil change this week, and was told the rear brake pads were worn down to a 3. At 17,000 miles the rear brake pads should not be worn down this quickly. All the prior oil changes (3 total) the inspection report shows brake pads at or near 10. Clearly something is wrong for it to go from a 10 to a 3 in 4000 miles. When quoted by O’Steen for the replacement, I was quoted over $500 for the parts and labor. That’s insane for brake pads. The whole point of buying a brand new car is to not have it wear down so quickly. I told my wife that we will only buy Ford or Chevy moving forward. I’ve purchase 3 vehicles from O’Steen in the last 10 years. Not another one from there, that’s for sure.
