Zory and the team were awesome, best customer service!!! I went in for an oil change and had me out in less than an hour. They informed me of any additional findings with detailed explanation. Zory was such a pleasure to work with!!!

Overall, I want to say that I absolutely love this service center and I have received the upmost exceptional service before but I felt the need to express my interaction for this last visit. I came in for a software update, the tech, service and gentleman at the front that has been here a while were great, however, when it came to leaving, I experienced the issue again. So I turned around, and it wasn’t a problem, because they both came outside to help walk me through it and it was fixed. The problem was the look I saw the new service administrator give the tech when I came in to discuss the issue. It was the side eye, kind of look, very unprofessional, honestly, stuff for behind doors that customers can’t see. Otherwise she is very friendly, however, that interaction still sticks with me after one week….
