As a customer I do not appreciate being told I am wrong about the issues with my vehicle. My info should be received and a service manager should do what is asked by a customer. Definitely do not have a conversation with a customer on a sales floor and try to gaslight said customer by telling them that their concerns about their own vehicle are wrong.

We brought our Bug in for service. It took weeks for the service to be completed, in part due to issues addressing the cause of malfunction and the length of the parts' arrival. Our bigger issue was a lack of communication from the dealership after leaving several messages, both on weekdays and a couple on weekends. When we did pick up our Bug, they realized (after having it for 3 weeks), that the oil needed to be changed. We decided to pass after our last oil change with O'Steen nearly cost us the vehicle due to a massive oil leak from a reused, plastic oil plug. Luckily, we got a tow service in Savannah, GA to get the car from a parking garage after we pushed it out. A local mechanic graciously accepted the vehicle on a Friday afternoon, and quickly assessed the issue...Showing us the reused plug and all!
